There is a new version with many new features. DigitalQuickPic can now email pictures directly with out using your email client. So if your email didn't allow you to send pictures or limited the size DigitalQuickPic is for you.

Aug 8th, 2003

1. DigitalQuickPic will now Send emails out for you regardless of size (provided the receiving email account allows large emails)

2. When creating email you can choose to send what you see on the screen (like the picture above). One issue that happens when you send out a low resolution version of a picture is that the subject in the middle of the picture is tiny. This way you can zoom in on what you want the person to see and that is what they will get.

3. We gave the program a little face lift (mostly new icons)

4. Also many of you asked us to be able to save your play lists. So now it is in the program as well.

July 2, 2003 This version has many new features:

1.      A new and faster thumbnail viewer.

2.      The ability to Auto-Rename pictures while you are going though them

3.      The ability to set the view type in the browse dialog

4.      A new help file built into DigitalQuickPic

5.      A fix for creating web pages.

6.      Printing is in this version.

Feb 5th we added a feature that allows you rename many pictures at a time as you go though them. This way if the first 5 pictures are of the pool, you can put pool in the rename box and it will label them pool-01 -> Pool-05. It is just another feature that allows you to organize your pictures more easily sort you images!

01/05/02 Thanks to suggustions from our users we have added some new features. One is the ability to rename the pictures while you are looking at them. The other is the ability to transfer the pictures right from your camera or card reader (any mapped drive) to a preset place on your computer and then display them.

On July 20th We Release Version 2.01. This version has many new fearues. Including thumb nails, a faster image display and more options when you right click on an image! Try it out I am sure that you will like it!

9/29/01 DigitalQuickpic now will store your photos for emailing in a folder for you. It allows you to choose the size to make the picture. This new version 1.0.26 is on the website Now!

On Monday September 10th we released version 1.0.25 of DigitalQuickPic. It has 2 new features. First after you rotate a picture you can save it so that the next time you view you picture you don't have to rotate it again. Second and a big time saver for all of you who create web sites, DigitalQuickPic will save up to 3 different versions (at different resolutions) for you of your image.
